PHOEBE JOY HESTER
ABOUT
Phoebe Hester has always been fascinated by the built environment. Even as a child, when traveling with her family she was more likely to notice a grand building, or even an interesting staircase than any other element of her adventures. Now as a student of architecture she is determined to develop her own style, and design memorable structures and environments that have a positive impact on the lives of those who view and use them. Architecture provides a unique opportunity to make a positive change in the world through innovative design, sustainable materials, and new technologies. Once she graduates, Phoebe hopes to be at the forefront of this change.
Phoebe has just finished her third year of studies at the Savannah College of Art and Design where she is pursuing a degree as an Architect. She is a candidate of the Integrated Path to Architectural Licensure program (IPAL) and looks forward to the future and the many opportunities it provides. Phoebe was born in Australia and has also lived in China and the United States. She believes her travels have greatly influenced her love for design and inspired her work. She is currently living in Savannah, GA and will graduate with her BFA in Architecture in 2024.
